Ross celebrated his 23rd birthday by adding the 2011 Standard Life Amateur Champion Gold Medal to his previous win at Leven Links as the 2010 Scottish Champion of Champions. Ross now adds his name to the list of illustrious winners including Lee Westwood, Andrew Coltart, and Per Ulrick Johansson.
